the waiting is the hardest part...

as many of you know, jen and i are attempting to close the deal on our new house. only thing is, one of the companies that should have sent a confirmation letter of receipt has yet to do so. this situation has now gone from annoying to aggrevating much like the new caddy can go from 0m to 60 in under 5 seconds. however, the retard sending us the letter continues to be a complete d-bag. accordingly, it was supposed to get faxed between 12 and 2 this afternoon. it needs to get to the underwriter before the end of the business day or we have to wait even longer. it is now 4:20 and still no notice. it's times like these i'm glad i don't own a gun. anyhoo, baby's up, so i gotta run.

PS: i'd love to find where this ass works and and have a nice little conversation about professionalism, and not bullshitting your customers for weeks on end.
